the bathroom in my room had a lingering smell, so charming, right? also, the water was so hard it damaged my hair. i thought i’d get special treatment, like maybe an upgrade, but no, just regular service. if they paid a little more attention, this place could be quite lovely. but alas, i just couldn’t give a good review.

I had a wonderful experience at Cross Life Hakata Yanagibashi. The room was spacious and very clean, which made my stay comfortable. Being close to the subway and bus stops was incredibly convenient, allowing me to explore the city easily.
The pillow was a bit too low.

i had a great stay at cross life hakata yanagibashi! the room was stylish and more spacious than i expected, making my time in fukuoka really enjoyable. being close to the subway and convenience stores exceeded my expectations.
